Poly Sweep Bend 45 degree SDR11
Poly sweep bends offer huge advantages to pipeline installers looking for improved flows, or in the case of slurry lines, reduced wear. Poly Sweep bends are made from HDPE pipe and are formed with both a constant radius and a constant diameter. Radius options start at R=1.5D and go through to R=3D. Angle options are technically not limited, however common angles in HDPE Sweep Bends are 15º, 22.5º, 30º, 45º, 60º and 90 degree Sweep Bends.

Poly True Y Pieces are made in sizes from 63mm up to 1000mm in both SDR17 and SDR11. A gusset can be welded in between the two 'legs' if required. The Angles offered are 60 degrees and 90 degrees - these angles are the relative to the angle of the left leg from the right leg or visa versa. Poly Y Pieces improve flow characteristics, especially with dual or backup pump systems.
